At SiteMeUp we have several client accounts that we have to access daily. We use a My Client Center (MCC) to access all of our clients with only one Google account. To see a step by step guide on how to accept our request to access your Adwords Account, please read on below.
STEP 1 – YOUR CLIENT NUMBER
You would need to provide your account manager with your AdWords Customer ID number (which appears in the top right hand corner of AdWords account).
Provide your account manager your 10 digit client number.
Please note** NEVER give anyone your AdWords client number without having some form of conversation or even better an agreement.
Once you have provided your account number we will request access which you would need to approve. The below steps will show you how to accept our invitation.
STEP 2 – ACCOUNT SETTINGS
At the top right again click on the “COG” Icon and select “Account Settings” as illustrated below:
STEP 3 – ACCOUNT ACCESS
On the left hand menu select “Account access” as illustrated below:
STEP 3 – APPROVE CLIENT MANAGER REQUEST
You will now be presented with a screen that will show you who has access and what level access they have.
The first table shows you “Users with account access” and the second table below will show you “Client managers”. Below is an illustration of the screen you will be presented with and where you can accept this invitation and later on revoke access to your account.
